Hello Dynamics AX World

I've created this blog from a while but I haven't post anything due to my limited time and being busy in my work, I work as senior Dynamics AX developer at Microsoft Dynamics AX partner located in Egypt. Although the fact that Dynamics AX is booming in the region (Middle East) & worldwide, I’ve been faced with too many Accountant, IT, Manufacturers, Production and business related people ignorance about the product & it’s capabilities, and how it’s strong and reliable in competing other ERP products (such as SAP and Oracle), So I decided to create this blog to share with you the things which I’ve learned in my journey in AX whether technical of functional (due to I’m graduated from faculty of commerce, Accounting Major), and clarify some facts. Some of these information will particularly benefit my region (Egypt and the Arab countries). I hope to hear comments from you on my posts and share knowledge. Because the primary goal of this blog as its name depict (AX4All) is Knowledge transfer. I will try to do my best to keep this blog updated & usefull as possible for everyone. So help me God.

Senior Dynamics AX Developer

  2. Nice blog and a laudable try, to inform the World about all the opportunities given by AX.

    If any questions about AX Time and attendance (Shop Floor Control) appears, then I gladly will help out and assist in ways to setup the module.

    Best regards

  5. I have the following needs:
    1. Consult with an AX resource from time to time on Functional (to start with ...financials module, 4.0 and then 5.0)
    2. Architecture scalability
    3. X++ dev capabilities...
    4. implementing warnings inside AX so user doesn't inadvertently update any records or run any jobs by accident
    5. AX for Supply chain....functional best practices and a good tool to proactively monitor points of failure across the various links in the chain.
    6. Onsite resource in US for Functional Analyst, Sr. Consultant, Developer roles...
